Benevolo - Shipping & Returns

Shipping prices:

  • Free standard shipping on all domestic orders within Australia.
  • $15 express shipping via Australia Post (estimated shipping time: 1-2 business days).

Handling and shipping times:

  • Orders will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days (allowing time for processing).
  • Orders are shipped using Sendle or Australia Post depending on location and size of parcel.
  • Depending on your location, standard shipping can take up to 1-5 business days to arrive with you. For PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, please note that delivery times may be longer.
  • Benevolo do not currently offer international shipping.
  • Shipping fees do not include insurance.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address being supplied, it is at the customers expense that the parcel will be resent. This is to be paid by bank transfer.

Benevolo returns policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email us at hello@benevolo.com.au with your order number if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Benevolo will respond with all necessary details.
  • Purchased item(s) must be returned within 10 days from the date received with receipt for proof of purchase. Item(s) must be in original condition, unopened, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and Benevolo holds no responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in the postal process. We recommend using a tracking service.
  • Once Benevolo has received your returned item(s), we will issue an exchange or refund in the original form of payment for the purchase price, excluding delivery.  Please allow up to 5 days for processing.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
  • Care has been taken to ensure your products are carefully shipped and arrive in perfect condition.  In the unlikely event that your purchase is incorrect, faulty or damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately at hello@benevolo.com.au with a photo of your item and your order number. In this instance we are happy to cover the postage for returns.
  • If your product has manufacturing faults after use, you are required to contact the respective handbag manufacturer directly for resolution. 

Exchanges and returns will be applied on a case by case basis, based on our returns policy being met.
