Benevolo - Shipping & Returns

Shipping prices:

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia over $100. 

$10 domestic shipping for all orders under $100.

$15 express shipping, available for selected items only.
Estimated shipping time: 1-2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

NEW ZEALAND: We are pleased to offer $15 AUD flat rate shipping on all orders to NZ.

REST OF THE WORLD: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $40 AUD.

All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

     

    Handling and shipping times:

    Please note: Due to COVID-19 shipping times may take longer than usual. Please expect delays.

    • Orders will generally be shipped within 1-2 working days (allowing time for processing).

    • Domestic Standard shipping can take up to 1-5 working days to arrive with you, depending on your location. For PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, please note that delivery times may be longer.

    • New Zealand: 4-6 working days.

    • North America, Western Europe (incl. the United Kingdom), Asian and the Pacific: 6-13 working days.

    • Rest of the world: 10-15 working days.

    • These timings as based on estimated shipping provider timings. We will do our best to help meet these delivery timings, however, some delays out of our control may impact these.

    • Some products require up to 21 working days delivery time. This is noted in the product description for applicable products. If you have any questions please email us at hello@benevolo.com.au.

    • Shipping fees do not include insurance.

    • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address being supplied, it is at the customers expense that the parcel will be resent. This is to be paid by bank transfer.

       

      Benevolo returns policy

      • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email us at hello@benevolo.com.au with your order number if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Benevolo will respond with all necessary details.
      • Purchased item(s) must be returned within 10 days from the date received with receipt for proof of purchase. Item(s) must be in original condition, unopened, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
      • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and Benevolo holds no responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in the postal process. We recommend using a tracking service.
      • Once Benevolo has received your returned item(s), we will issue an exchange or refund in the original form of payment for the purchase price, excluding delivery.  Please allow up to 5 days for processing.
      • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
      • Care has been taken to ensure your products are carefully shipped and arrive in perfect condition.  In the unlikely event that your purchase is incorrect, faulty or damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately at hello@benevolo.com.au with a photo of your item and your order number. In this instance we are happy to cover the postage for returns.
      • If your product has manufacturing faults after use, you are required to contact the respective handbag manufacturer directly for resolution. 
      • Exchanges and returns will be applied on a case by case basis, based on our returns policy being met.
